Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay to your order, please contact us.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

USPS Parcel Select Ground: On average, USPS Parcel Select Ground will be delivered 8 days after shipment. This shipping method does not offer any sort of time guarantee.

USPS Priority Mail: On average, USPS Priority Mail will be delivered in 3-5 days after shipment.

UPS Ground: On average, UPS Ground shipments will be delivered 5 days after shipment. This shipping method does not offer any sort of time guarantee.

UPS 2 Day: UPS 2 Day shipping will be delivered 2 days after shipment guaranteed.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

MAD Detailing ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

MAD DETAILING is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages & Lost Packages

MAD DETAILING is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 

If you selected UPS Ground: We will provide a replacement shipment for all items able to be claimed with UPS.

If you selected USPS Parcel Select Ground or Priority: We will replace items up to the insured amount of $200.
